Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Pockket website, Mobile Recharge, DTH Recharge and applicable digital assistance services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, starting a recharge, submitting an application, requesting an assistance service or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referred to on this website.
2. Services Provided
Pockket Recharge provides recharge and selected digital assistance/application services. Depending on availability, the services may include:
The scope, availability, requirements and applicable charges may vary by service. The information displayed for the selected service should be reviewed before proceeding.
3. Mobile & DTH Recharge
Customers may use the portal to submit Mobile Recharge or DTH Recharge requests. The customer is responsible for entering and verifying the correct mobile number, DTH subscriber/customer ID, operator, plan and amount before payment.
The general recharge process is to select the service, enter the required details, choose a plan or amount, review the payable amount, complete the available online payment process and wait for recharge processing/status confirmation.
4. Payment & Transaction Processing
Applicable charges or payable amounts are displayed before payment where supported by the website. Online payments are processed through the payment facility made available on the website.
Payment confirmation and service/recharge completion are separate stages. A successful payment confirmation does not by itself mean that a recharge or third-party application has been successfully completed.
Customers must not attempt to misuse the payment facility, submit fraudulent information, or use another person's payment instrument without proper authorisation.
5. Failed, Pending or Reversed Transactions
A recharge or transaction may be shown as successful, pending, failed, reversed or another applicable status depending on the information received from the relevant service or payment system.
Where a payment is confirmed but the underlying service is not successfully completed, the transaction may require verification before any applicable reversal or refund is processed.
6. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate, complete and current information and documents required for the selected service. Customers are responsible for checking the information before submission or payment.
Pockket Recharge may request additional information or documents where they are required for completing an application or service.
7. Application & Assistance Services
For PAN Card, GST Registration, FSSAI Registration, legal, documentation, taxation and other assistance services, customers should review the applicable requirements, documents, charges and processing conditions before proceeding.
An Application ID, transaction reference or service reference may be generated where applicable. Such a reference is an identification record and does not guarantee approval, issuance or acceptance by a government department, statutory authority or third-party service provider.
8. Government & Third-Party Services
Certain services may depend on telecom/DTH operators, government departments, statutory authorities, payment processors or other third-party service providers.
Where a third party is involved, its rules, systems, availability, processing timelines and final decisions may apply. Pockket Recharge does not represent that a government or third-party authority will approve or accept an application unless such approval has actually been received.
9. Fees & Charges
Applicable fees, service charges or payable amounts are displayed where applicable before payment. Customers should verify the service and amount before completing a transaction.
Government fees, statutory charges, operator charges, payment processing charges or other third-party charges, where applicable, may form part of the amount shown for a service.
10. Refund & Cancellation
Refund and cancellation matters are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers should review that policy before making a payment.
For successful recharge transactions, incorrect customer-entered details or services that have already been substantially processed, cancellation or refund may not be available as described in the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Digital & Semi-Digital Services
Digital services may include online submissions, digital processing, documentation assistance and other electronically completed work.
Some services may involve physical work such as printing, document preparation, packaging or delivery. Such services may be subject to separate processing and refund conditions.
12. Prohibited & Unauthorised Use
Customers must not use the website or its services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or unauthorised activities.
- Do not submit knowingly false or misleading information.
- Do not use payment instruments without proper authorisation.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, damage or bypass website security or transaction controls.
- Do not misuse another customer's account, application or transaction information.
13. Account & Security
Where an account or login is required, the customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity carried out through their account.
Pockket Recharge staff will not require customers to disclose OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, passwords or other confidential payment credentials for processing a normal service or refund.
14. Application & Service Status
Where a status facility is available, status information represents the latest information available in the relevant system at the time it is displayed. It may change as the underlying service provider, operator or authority processes the transaction.
15. Availability & Technical Issues
Services may occasionally be unavailable or delayed due to scheduled maintenance, network problems, operator systems, payment systems, third-party systems or other technical circumstances.
Pockket Recharge may temporarily suspend or modify a service where reasonably required for maintenance, security, technical reasons or changes in the underlying service.
16. Privacy
Customer information and uploaded documents are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
17. Limitation Relating to Third-Party Decisions
Where the outcome of a service depends on a government department, telecom/DTH operator, payment processor or another third party, the final decision, approval, rejection, availability or processing time remains subject to that third party.
18. Policy Updates
Pockket Recharge may update these Terms & Conditions when required to reflect changes in services, processes, website features or applicable requirements. The updated version published on the website will apply from the time it is made available, subject to applicable requirements.
19. Contact & Support
For questions regarding a recharge, application, payment or service, customers should keep their transaction/reference details available when contacting support.
20. Related Policies
Please also review our Service & Application Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
21. Acceptance
By using this website, starting a recharge, submitting an application or making a payment, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with the applicable service requirements and policies.
