2. Recharge Service Selection

Customers should select the applicable recharge service, such as Mobile Recharge or DTH Recharge, and enter the required customer details. Customers are responsible for checking the entered number, operator and other details before proceeding.

3. Recharge Plan / Amount

Where plans are available, customers may select an applicable plan. Where supported, customers may also enter a recharge amount manually. The payable amount displayed before payment should be reviewed carefully.

Important: A recharge request can only be processed using the information supplied by the customer. Customers should verify the mobile number, DTH subscriber details, operator and amount before payment.

4. Online Payment & Recharge Processing

The general recharge flow is:

  • Select Mobile Recharge or DTH Recharge.
  • Enter the required customer and operator details.
  • Select the available plan or enter the applicable amount.
  • Review the payable amount.
  • Complete payment using the available online payment option.
  • After successful payment confirmation, the recharge request is processed.
  • The applicable recharge/status result is displayed after processing.

Payment confirmation and recharge processing are separate stages. A payment confirmation does not by itself represent a guarantee of successful recharge where the underlying operator or service provider does not complete the transaction.

5. Recharge Status, Failure & Reversal

Recharge status may be shown as successful, pending, failed, reversed or another applicable status depending on the information received from the relevant service system.

If a transaction is unsuccessful or reversed, any applicable refund or reversal will be handled according to the transaction status and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Application / Assistance Service Selection

For PAN Card, GST Registration, FSSAI Registration, legal, taxation, documentation and other assistance services, customers should first review the applicable service requirements and charges before submitting information or making payment.

7. Application Submission

Customers must provide complete, accurate and current information required for the selected service. Processing may not begin until the required information, documents and applicable payment requirements have been received.

8. Documents & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing valid, clear and appropriate documents. Customers should submit only documents required for the selected service and should verify the accuracy of the information contained in them.

Important: Pockket Recharge may request additional information or documents where they are required for completing the selected service or application.

9. Application ID / Reference

Where applicable, an Application ID, transaction reference or service reference may be generated after successful submission. Customers should keep the reference safely for support and status enquiries.

Generation of an Application ID or service reference does not guarantee approval, issuance or acceptance by a government department, statutory authority or third-party service provider.

10. Government & Third-Party Services

Certain applications, registrations, recharge transactions or other services may depend on government departments, statutory authorities, telecom/DTH operators, payment processors or other third-party service providers.

Where a third party is involved, the final processing, approval, availability and applicable requirements remain subject to that organisation's rules, systems and processing timelines.

11. Processing Time

Processing time can vary depending on the selected service, completeness of information and documents, technical availability, operator response and the processing time of any relevant government department or third-party authority.

12. Digital & Semi-Digital Services

Digital services may include online applications, digital processing, online submissions, document assistance and other services completed electronically.

Some services may involve digital processing together with physical work such as printing, document preparation or delivery. Applicable charges and requirements may vary according to the selected service.

13. Charges & Payment

Applicable service charges or payable amounts are displayed before payment where the website supports online payment. Customers should review the selected service and amount carefully before completing a transaction.

Customers must never share their OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, password or other confidential payment credentials with Pockket Recharge, its staff or any person claiming to represent the service.

14. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents they provide. Delays, rejection, failed processing, additional work or other consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated or misleading information may not be the responsibility of Pockket Recharge.

15. Application / Service Status

Customers may use the available status facility on the website where applicable. Status information represents the information available in the relevant system and may not represent the final decision of a government department, operator or third-party authority.

16. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers should review that policy before making a payment.
